  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid retargeting campaigns on Facebook, with a strong focus on achieving KPIs .
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (C2I, I2R, R2D, ROAS.) to identify opportunities for growth and scale winning creatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Close work with segments and pixel
Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong performance marketing background (not branding or awareness)
  • Proven experience working with Retargeting: pixels, audiences.
  • Deep understanding of Meta auction mechanics and delivery
  • Experience with pixel events, CAPI, postbacks, and tracking tools
  • Experience working with multiple GEOs and different market tiers
