Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with proven successful project promotion cases;
At least 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming niche;
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms;
English level — B1 or higher;
Ukrainian/Russian — native proficiency;
Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, UX improvements, and behavioral factors analysis;
Knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient for SEO-focused code analysis;
Experience working with high-load and multi-regional websites;
Deep understanding of all ranking factors;
Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
Strong expertise in technical SEO;
Proficient with all relevant industry tools;
Ability to collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designers;
Experience in A/B testing of SEO hypotheses and traffic split testing;
Experience analyzing search engine bot behavior;
Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
Understanding of business metrics;
Experience mentoring mid-level specialists (task setting and guidance);
Experience in automating routine tasks.
