Responsibilities

  • Drive overall retargeting performance, ensuring consistent growth and delivery of key KPIs;
  • Support and guide the team in day-to-day execution, helping them prioritize and stay focused on results;
  • Shape and improve how the team operates - from campaign launches to optimization and scaling logic;
  • Identify weak points across campaigns, processes, or team performance and fix them quickly;
  • Work closely with Sales and Tech to ensure smooth alignment between business expectations and delivery;
  • Ensure data reliability across tracking, attribution, and postbacks;
  • Bring clarity and structure into performance, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
Requirements

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing a team (media buyers / account managers), with a strong focus on DSP-driven campaigns;
  • Strong leadership skills: task delegation, prioritization, and execution control
  • Proven experience in building and optimizing operational processes (SOPs, checklists, SLAs);
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (clients), including conflict resolution;
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks, take ownership, and resolve them quickly;
  • Solid understanding of retargeting strategies (segmentation, funnels, performance optimization);
  • Strong cross-functional communication and alignment across teams.
