  • Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads (retargeting)
  • Working with audience segments (Non-FTD, Non-Active, Active Base, etc.)
  • Scaling profitable setups and pausing underperforming ones
  • Analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Creating briefs for creatives and testing hypotheses
  • Monitoring audience fatigue and refreshing creatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, analytics, account management)
  • Managing assigned GEOs
Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience with TikTok Ads (retargeting) for at least 1 year
  • Understanding of pixel-based audiences and funnel structure (registration → deposit → LTV)
  • Experience working with gray verticals (gambling / betting / similar niches)
  • Ability to analyze key metrics (CPA, ROI, CR, CTR) and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in preparing creative briefs and evaluating their performance
  • Self-driven with strong ownership of results
  • Experience working across multiple GEOs
