Responsibilities
- Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads (retargeting)
- Working with audience segments (Non-FTD, Non-Active, Active Base, etc.)
- Scaling profitable setups and pausing underperforming ones
- Analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Creating briefs for creatives and testing hypotheses
- Monitoring audience fatigue and refreshing creatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, analytics, account management)
- Managing assigned GEOs
Requirements
- Experience with TikTok Ads (retargeting) for at least 1 year
- Understanding of pixel-based audiences and funnel structure (registration → deposit → LTV)
- Experience working with gray verticals (gambling / betting / similar niches)
- Ability to analyze key metrics (CPA, ROI, CR, CTR) and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in preparing creative briefs and evaluating their performance
- Self-driven with strong ownership of results
- Experience working across multiple GEOs
