Responsibilities

  • Launch retargeting and performance campaigns;
  • Manage the structure of retargeting campaigns;
  • Close work with existing campaigns;
  • Technical setup: pixel integration, postback configuration;
  • Inventory management: maintaining whitelists and blacklists of publishers and domains in DSP;
  • Creative performance analysis and briefing for the design team based on CTR and conversion data;
  • Regular reporting on campaign performance by GEO and placement;
  • Close work with existing campaigns.
Requirements

Requirements

  • User acquisition expert: 1+ years of proven track in building marketing retention campaigns for a consumer product through ad networks;
  • Previous experience with ad networks;
  • Understanding of attribution models (post view vs click) and conversion deduplication;
  • Awareness of GEO-specific advertising regulations for gambling verticals;
  • Gambling experience is mandatory;
  • Work with creatives, experience with setting up tasks for video creatives;
  • Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization;
  • Ability to identify issues within campaigns and develop solutions quickly;
  • Understanding user journey, user segmentation, engagement, and customer experience;
  • Ability to analyze and understand such metrics as CTR, CR, CPA;
  • Previous work with such tools as Jira, Tableau;
  • Understanding how to work with pixels, postbacks, user cookies;
  • Remote work experience: ideally, in an international team;
  • Flexible and open to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Comfortable working independently and managing large-scale ad budgets;
  • Good English communication skills
