Responsibilities
- Monitoring mentions of the company and brand across search engines, social media, blogs, and news platforms;
- Searching for negative reviews, comments, and articles online;
- Analyzing and evaluating search result rankings for branded keywords;
- Market analysis for project launches;
- Strategy development and planning;
- Adding products to platforms/marketplaces;
- Monitoring performance and reporting;
- Working on the removal of negative content from search engine results pages (SERPs);
- Creating accounts for various platforms.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SEO and understanding of search engine optimization principles;
- Understanding of SMM fundamentals and experience working with social media platforms;
- Practical experience or confident use of tools such as Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.;
- English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (C1-C;
- Experience working with forums and Q&A platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.);
- Skills in content analysis and providing recommendations for improvement;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
