  • Working closely with the Content Team Lead on tasks, copywriters, external contractors, and financial matters;
  • Coordinating full-time and freelance copywriters, setting tasks for writing, and localising content across various platforms (Jira, Slack, Telegram, etc.);
  • Proofreading, editing, and optimising content:
  • Proofreading content in English, Russian, and Ukrainian (optional) as needed for readability and compliance with brand guidelines (master review, tone of voice, etc.);
  • Checking document formatting and text uniqueness;
  • Verify information for accuracy and compliance with technical specifications, including SEO requirements;
  • Quality control of content generated by AI;
  • Ensure compliance with a unified methodology for setting, processing, and returning tasks to the customer, keeping records in accordance with approved regulations;
  • Work closely with in-house copywriters, freelance authors, and SEO specialists on tasks to ensure compliance with technical specifications and improve the overall quality of content;
  • Track expenses and issue invoices to contractors;
  • Assist in the selection and optimisation of images generated by AI.
Requirements

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in managing workflows: assigning tasks, checking texts for compliance with technical specifications, implementing edits, and and meeting deadlines;
  • Experience in content writing, preferably in a digital marketing or SEO-driven environment, SaaS, and B2B space;
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent grammar and writing skills. Proficiency in an additional language is a big plus;
  • A strong understanding of SEO principles, including keywords, HTML, and content structure;
  • Experience with AI tools for writing and checking texts for compliance (e.g., ChatGPT, Copyleaks, etc.) is an advantage;
  • Skills in respectful and effective team communication — ability to support writers and coordinate with other departments.
