Responsibilities
- Build CRM and email marketing workflows from the ground up;
- Develop and launch automated and trigger-based sequences across different user stages;
- Integrate and manage communication through Mailgun, HubSpot, and Salesforce;
- Segment databases, analyze audience behavior, and personalize communication;
- Create and test hypotheses to improve open, click, and conversion rates;
- Collaborate with marketing, content, SMM, and sales teams to align communication with the funnel;
- Manage the email calendar, testing plan, and reporting process;
- Track performance metrics and provide regular analytics and recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM automation;
- Proven success in building campaigns and workflows from scratch (architecture, automation, segmentation, deliverability);
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and product lifecycles (preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or EdTech);
- Hands-on experience with Mailgun, HubSpot, and Salesforce (or similar tools);
- Experience setting up triggered and multi-step email campaigns (welcome, news, reactivation, digest, events);
- Understanding of email deliverability and domain/IP warming;
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance;
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email layout editing;
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles for effective email design.
Will be a Plus
- Copywriting skills for email campaigns and audience segments;
- Intermediate English level or higher.
