Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, etc., with a strong focus on achieving KPIs such as CPA.
- Manage and support a team of 2–3 media buyers, including setting goals and reviewing performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, etc.) to identify opportunities for growth and scale winning creatives and strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Requirements
- User acquisition expert: years of proven track in building marketing campaigns through Facebook, TikTok, and other social networks;
- Recent experience with Facebook Ads (at least within the last 6 months) is required;
- Understanding how to work with pixels, postbacks, proxies, anti-detect web browser;
- Gambling experience is mandatory;
- Experience managing a small team (2–3 people), including task setting, mentoring, and performance tracking;
- Work with creatives, experience with setting up tasks for video creatives;
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization;
- Ability to identify issues within campaigns and develop solutions quickly;
- Ability to analyze and understand such metrics as CTR, CR, CPA;
- Previous work with such tools as Jira, Tableau;
- Previous experience with Volume, Keitaro will be a plus;
- Remote work experience: ideally, in an international team;
- Flexible and open to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Comfortable working independently and managing large-scale ad budgets;
- Good English communication skills.
