  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, etc., with a strong focus on achieving KPIs such as CPA.
  • Manage and support a team of 2–3 media buyers, including setting goals and reviewing performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, etc.) to identify opportunities for growth and scale winning creatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Requirements

Requirements

  • User acquisition expert: years of proven track in building marketing campaigns through Facebook, TikTok, and other social networks;
  • Recent experience with Facebook Ads (at least within the last 6 months) is required;
  • Understanding how to work with pixels, postbacks, proxies, anti-detect web browser;
  • Gambling experience is mandatory;
  • Experience managing a small team (2–3 people), including task setting, mentoring, and performance tracking;
  • Work with creatives, experience with setting up tasks for video creatives;
  • Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization;
  • Ability to identify issues within campaigns and develop solutions quickly;
  • Ability to analyze and understand such metrics as CTR, CR, CPA;
  • Previous work with such tools as Jira, Tableau;
  • Previous experience with Volume, Keitaro will be a plus;
  • Remote work experience: ideally, in an international team;
  • Flexible and open to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Comfortable working independently and managing large-scale ad budgets;
  • Good English communication skills.
