Responsibilities
- Managing daily operational communication;
- Participating in briefings, calls, and presentations;
- Communicating on advertising materials and reports;
- Managing advertising campaigns:
- Receiving advertising materials from clients and launching campaigns;
- Monitoring spend for each client and timely notifying about the need for replenishment;
- Providing recommendations for campaign adjustments (creative replacements, optimization, daily spend management, campaign analytics, etc.);
- Documentation and reporting:
- Preparing summary reports for clients on their campaigns;
- Maintaining internal agency reports;
- Preparing and coordinating technical assignments:
- Collecting and structuring information from clients;
- Assigning tasks to teams (designers, copywriters, etc.);
- Participating in internal meetings:
- Actively taking part in team meetings and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- year of experience in advertising as an Account Manager (experience in the gambling industry would be a plus);
- Previous experience working with advertising agencies;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns;
- Understanding and managing reporting;
- Polite and professional client communication;
- Ability to “smooth over” sudden client conflicts; stress resistance;
- Ability to analyze and understand metrics such as CTR, CR, CPA, cost2reg, cost2dep;
- Understanding of how to work with pixels and postbacks would be a plus;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as manage large advertising budgets;
- English proficiency at Blevel or higher;
- Experience working with creatives.
