Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with successful project promotion cases;
At least 3 years of experience in igaming SEO;
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms (Google, Yandex);
English at B1 level or higher;
Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, user experience (UX) improvement, and behavioral factor analysis;
Knowing of HTML and CSS at a level sufficient for code analysis from a SEO perspective;
Experience working with high-traffic and multi-regional websites;
Deep understanding of all ranking factors;
Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
Strong knowledge of technical SEO;
Proficiency in all industry-relevant tools;
Ability to collaborate with developers, link-building specialists, content managers, and designers;
Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses;
Experience in log analysis and bot behavior tracking;
Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
Understanding of project business metrics;
Experience in building SEO dashboards;
Mentoring of mid-level specialists (task supervision and guidance).
